We use your information to prepare your estimate, answer your question, schedule your repair, and follow up about work in progress. If you ask us to, we use it to communicate with your insurance company about your claim.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to do the work: with your insurance carrier or adjuster when you have asked us to handle a claim, with parts suppliers and sublet vendors involved in your repair, and with the service providers who host this website and our forms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. This website utilizes Google Analytics for analyzing visitor metrics.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate and repair records for as long as we need them to service your vehicle, honor our warranty, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. Customer Free Estimate submissions are kept 2 years before deletion.

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above.
